Hi my name is Bearnie The Cub and I was born in a factory in Hong Kong and after my birth I was sold on EBay for the grand sum of £19.99p plus £6.99p posting and packaging.
When I first arrived at my new home in Scotland I set about giving my good friends Sandy, Margaret, Alan, Wullie & Claire a hand to run the Bernard Iliff Children’s Dream Trip’s Of A Lifetime Campaign.
which I still do and love.
So impressed with helping others I decided to become a Cub Scout and it did not take me long to become a very well known celebrity as I was appearing in many local and national newspapers for the work I was doing for the Bernard Iliff Children’s Dream Trip’s Of A Lifetime Campaign.
The highlight of my life was when the popular British children’s TV program Blue Peter presented me with a very special Blue Peter Badge that I could sew onto my Cub Scout shirt this making me the first and only charity mascot in the world to be presented with a Blue Peter Badge.
One thing I do love and that is making an appearance at our charity events as I am a bit of a big soft party animal so why not come along to our events and give us your support and at the same time meet the only charity mascot in the world to have a Blue Peter badge.
